METS Human Capital Pte Ltd (MHC) is a company incorporated in Singapore with a team of Singaporean
offshore and maritime professionals. The company was established by the team that previously set up
and run Singapore's first locally founded offshore drilling rig crewing company and its group of companies. The shareholders sold their stake in that company and established MHC to take over and continue to provide the quality services that was previously provided.
Together with their originally maritime background, MHC professionals bring with them a total of more
than 100 years of marine and offshore experience.MHC is therefore confident that it has a well-qualified,
experienced and highly motivated management team to serve and exceed the expectations of its customers.
MHC aims to be a premier offshore drilling rig crewing company that can positively contribute to the safe
and effective operation and performance of drilling contractors in the global offshore oil & gas drilling
industry.

with offshore companies and to undertake rig crewing management and consultancy projects which are highly

The METS Human Capital Pte Ltd logo contains the elements of the logo for METS Group of Companies with the word METS in
a bright orange-yellow color that signifies the gold-class quality services that MHC provides, and the blue wave that indicates
MHC expertise in the Marine and Offshore industry.
On the left side the logo is a circular shape that means two things. First, it could be seen as a life-saver
or a buoy, meaning that MHC can keep the companies that hire its people afloat and safe, inciting confidence
in its clients' minds. Secondly, it can be seen as three people holding hands in a circle, with MHC itself
as the fourth person, which signifies the cooperation among METS' people - that they work hand in hand to complete any task.
