With its abundance expertise in offshore oil and gas human capital development, METS had also been seeking strategic opportunity to undertake the entire crewing management of Mobile Offshore Units. METS crewing management package is designed to relieve the owner of any workload connected with the manning of mobile offshore units (MOU). METS lump sum crew cost concept provides long term stability in cost centre which accounts for a large percentage of MOU operating costs. The lump sum concept provides guaranteed single fixed monthly fee thus eliminating uncertainty and unexpected increases in manning budget. It also reduces the administrative paper work and expense of processing disbursements and vouchers.


METS lump sum management package includes:

Rig
  • Recruitment, signing on and off, repatriation of crew
  • Payment of wages and leave with overtime, service bonuses etc and payment of crew portage bill scrutiny and payment to meet owners requirements
  • Medical examinations and fitness certificates
  • Implementation and follow up of drug and alcohol policies
  • Crew insurance as well as handling of respective claims

Training Services

METS is supported by various offshore and maritime training service companies in training and monitoring the performance of training of crew it had recruited and placed. METS' own in-house training will be supplemented by necessary STCW and OPITO training offered by external suitable training service providers.
